  We come here often as they have the best kangaroo meat we've come accross and stock the Ivory Coat brand. It's such a shame that the service is most often incompetent and even worse, rude. They are happy to take your money but don't bother if you have an issue with one of their products! The manager is rude and dismissive and really doesn't seem to care at all about their customers or treating people kindly. We purchased a collar only weeks ago which had stretched so much it was now way too big for our dog and she acted as though this was not her concern at all, even though this is a product they stock in their shop. Even so, the rude way which she spoke to my mother was the worst part and unacceptable. As someone who worked in retail for many years I would never speak to someone like that who came in with a genuine issue. We will be looking elsewhere for fresh meat and not returning. With so many options online why bother being ignored and not offered any physical help anyway? Petbarn may be expensive but at least the instore staff are always friendly, helpful and greet our dog with smiles, pats and treats!
